Special Projects Division Project Update: Malvern Preparatory Campus Renovations

IMC’s Special Projects Division is making progress on the Malvern Preparatory School campus renovations in Malvern, PA. This is a five-phase design-build project to enhance the school’s campus. The team recently completed the phase one removal of the Good Council Building to open the courtyard.

The team is currently working on the second phase, demolishing the interiors of Tollentine Hall and the existing stair towers while preparing for the complete new interior upgrades that will start before the end of the year.

The project team includes architect: McGillin Architecture, civil engineer: Nave Newell, Inc., mechanical engineer: Barry Isett & Associates, and structural engineer: O’Donnell & Naccarato.
