SPD Project Update: Interior Renovations Complete for Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry New Office

IMC Construction’s Special Projects Division recently completed the interior renovations of an 8,000 SF multi-tenant building in Devon, PA. This design-build project consisted of converting the space into a single-tenant office building for Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry. Interior renovations included new finishes, custom millwork trim, new ADA-accessible restrooms, upgraded mechanicals, and electricals. The SPD team is currently wrapping up the exterior renovations, including a new roof and parking lot.
