This design-build project was the renovation and restoration of a 6-story medical office building in University City. Work included new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems; new windows; and the restoration of exterior limestone. Sitework upgrades included new paving, landscaping, ADA updates, and bike racks.
