IMC's Innovative Approach to Project Challenges

This project has 145,000 sf of façade with 1,000 openings for doors, windows, curtainwall and storefront. From day one IMC planned a detailed QA/QC process to document, inspect and track open issues for waterproofing at every façade detail.

Solution Toggle Accordion Content

IMC created unique tracking locations with QR codes for façade elevations and every door/window opening. This allowed for 1,000 inspections to be completed on the façade and individual openings, documenting open issues, and addressing resolution. IMC used drones to document the final AVB and waterproofing conditions of each façade elevation before finished materials installation.
