The theater was built on the former, three-level site of Saks Fifth Avenue. Construction required stripping the building to its frame and raising the roof 25’ to allow for stadium seating. Working closely with the architect and client, IMC adapted the theater’s spatial requirements and provided for additional tenants to occupy the ground floor.
