Project News: Topping Out for Arbor Terrace Senior Living Community in Marlton, NJ

IMC Construction and Capitol Seniors Housing held a topping out ceremony on March 23rd at the site of a new upscale assisted living and memory care community, Arbor Terrace Marlton in Marlton, NJ. The highlight of the event was local officials and organizations such as Councilwoman Patricia Hansen, Deputy Mayor Cooper, and other Marlton community leaders signing a front pillar of the building.

IMC Construction started building the 76,500-square-feet, three-story senior community in April 2021 and is on schedule to be completed by fall 2022. The building, designed by Meyer Design will feature 87 residential units including a separate memory care wing. Amenities include private dining, a theater, living rooms, a bistro, sports bar, a hair salon, lounges, and outdoor garden areas featuring a pond. Arbor Terrace Marlton will be a valued asset to the Marlton community and will help meet the growing demographic need for senior living communities.

“IMC Construction is proud to be part of the Capitol Seniors Housing team to deliver this best-in-class senior living facility to the Marlton community,” said Alex Craig, Vice President of the New Jersey Division at IMC Construction. “We are excited to continue expanding into the New Jersey market working with industry-leading developers to meet the public demand for high-quality wellness facilities for the state’s senior community.”
