New IMC Project: Brightview Holmdel Senior Living

IMC will be building another new senior living community for Brightview Senior Living in Holmdel, NJ. This ground-up, senior living facility of 175 units has a mix of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care units designed to provide continuing care to its residents. Amenities include a full-service pub, a movie theatre, a private dining room, therapy and rehab services, an indoor pool, a hair and nail salon, an art studio, a library, and several outdoor spaces.

The project team includes architect Meyer Design, civil engineer Dynamic Engineering, MEP engineer Kibart, and structural engineer Morabito Consultants.
