About the project:
The Chemours Discovery hub is a $200MM, 333,000 square-foot research facility on the University of Delaware’s Science Technology and Advanced Research (STAR) Campus.
- laboratories and offices for approximately 330 scientists, engineers and researchers
- 50 specialty rooms, cafes, conference rooms and 20 “huddle” rooms for small group meetings
- spans 15 acres within a campus of 272 acres
