IMC Sponsors the 2022 NAIOP Greater Philadelphia Chapter and Drexel University Summer Real Estate Program

IMC is grateful to have sponsored the 2022 NAIOP Greater Philadelphia Chapter and Drexel University Summer Real Estate program last week. This annual program introduces high school sophomores and juniors of diverse backgrounds to careers in architecture, development, investment, construction, brokerage, and urban planning/design. Zach Kravitz, Assistant Project Manager at IMC Construction, served as a mentor helping the students work on their final presentation and was a part of the panel discussion: “How Technology is Transforming The Development and Management of Commercial Real Estate; The Creation of Smart Buildings.”

“It was an honor and privilege to be able to take part in this panel surrounding technology’s influence on the development and management of real estate,” said Zach. “From virtual reality, data analytics, drones, building automation, and more, IMC is at the forefront of harnessing these technologies in innovative ways. There are a lot of opportunities waiting for them in the CRE industry and their generation is poised to leverage these tools in an uncharted way. For these curious and ambitious students, the future is bright!”
