Another Successful Safety Week at IMC!

IMC is proud to participate in Construction Safety Week to celebrate being an industry united in safety. In line with this year’s theme, “Connected. Supported. Safe.,” Focusing on both physical and mental safety, IMC is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment. This week, IMC hosted safety training on our jobsites and provided tools and resources to strengthen our connections and cultivate a safe space where everyone feels supported.

To kick off Construction Safety Week, our Safety Committee hosted a company virtual presentation on the importance of safety week. Michael Lloyd, Chief Operating Officer, provided this quote, “At IMC, we are constantly working to eliminate worker injury by raising awareness about the importance of Safety in the workplace. We collaborate and share ideas about best practices that can save lives and prevent injuries. IMC’s approach to Safety has always been head-on, as a team effort. We work together to inspire the entire construction workforce and promote a strong Safety culture with every worker, every job site, every day. I ask you all to continue being Safety Leaders and continue to empower each other to take ownership of your role in Safety.”

We would like to thank our employees and subcontractors for their participation this week and their continued dedication to working safely every day. Safety is a value, a belief, and an obligation that unites us across individual teams, companies, and the entire industry.
