Vertical Screen Headquarters

This project has achieved LEED Platinum certification and has earned the recognition as thirteenth in the World by the USGBC's rating system. The Vertical Screen project redevelops a former Brownfield site once occupied by the Naval Air Warfare Center in a sustainable way, meaning it is constructed in a way that minimizes disruption to the natural environment. The building will contain a number of advanced green technologies, including a geothermal HVAC system and rainwater harvesting. The building also acts as an educational resource to demonstrate what green buildings can do and to encourage others to build green.
