Vertical Screen Headquarters

The Vertical Screen project redevelops a former Brownfield site once occupied by the Naval Air Warfare Center in a sustainable way, meaning it is constructed in a way that minimizes disruption to the natural environment. The building will contain a number of advanced green technologies, including a geothermal HVAC system and rainwater harvesting. The building will also act as an educational resource to demostrate what green buildings can do and to encourage others to build green. This project is registered with the USGBC and has of goal of Platinum certification.
