In order to create a 40 acre plateau, IMC moved 2.8 million yards of on-site material, redirected an on-site stream to an off-site location, and managed surrounding roadway improvements to accommodate traffic to and around the retail center. Mt. Nebo Pointe encompasses approximately 80 acres of land, and benefits from excellent visibility and access from Interstate 279 in Ohio Township.
