Includes doctor offices, patient ineterview, exam stations, nursing stations,  patient/staff lockers,  (12) Bed pre OP Holding Area, Four Full Operating Rooms, Procedure Rooms,  Post Anestesia Recovery, Phase Two Recovery, Business Offices, Elevator, Lobby/Lounges, Support Services
