This 80 unit assisted living village was designed to reflect the character of the surrounding historic neighborhood. Kessler Village includes a full service kitchen, dining hall, activity rooms, a country store, offices and support facilities. Prior to construction IMC performed over a year of value engineering studies and municipal approval work.
