DARTMOUTH MALL

Dartmouth Mall is its own Cinderella story since the IMC renovation. The old dropped ceiling was torn out, drab gray tile floors were ripped up and the entrances were redone. Very little remained unchanged. The play of light on water and other nautical references such as the entrances which have 35-foot masts with steel rigging and corridors paved with tile mosaics of compasses reference the nearby sea. Sales have doubled and the mall is now 96% leased.
