This project includes the construction of a four-story addition to the existing Merner-Pfeiffer Hall of Science and the renovation of the existing historic building. The project will add 41,635 square feet of state-of-the-art lab space to the 37,000 square feet of renovated space. The new addition will wrap the north and west sides of the building and has been design to preserve the historic nature of the building. This project has been registered with the USGBC with a goal of LEED Silver.
