IMC Construction to move to Great Valley Corporate Center
IMC’s New “Green” Corporate Headquarter’s to Support Company Growth

IMC Construction, Inc. recently acquired the 43,000-square foot Three Great Valley Parkway building located in the Great Valley Corporate Center, Malvern, PA.

“Our present building was not able to support our current office space needs, let alone support our future growth objectives,” stated Robert Cottone, IMC President, “Having been located in this area since our founding and respecting our many long term employees, we were committed to staying in this area. Our new building satisfies both IMC’s current and future space needs as well as the transportation needs of our employees.”

Added Cottone, “I’ve also directed our project team to design and construct our new interior space to attain a USGBC LEED CI certification. The space will promote a healthy work environment for IMC employees and our guests as well as allow us to conduct many of our client and employee events in-house.”
